The interior of this houseboat embraces a nautical theme, featuring exposed wooden beams on the ceiling and rich wooden floors that evoke the warmth of a ship’s cabin. A spiral staircase with black industrial-style railings adds a touch of loft-inspired design, while a chandelier-fan serves as both a functional and stylistic centerpiece, enhancing the maritime ambiance throughout the space. Panoramic windows make the home bright and filled with natural light. This combination of elements creates a cohesive and inviting atmosphere, perfectly suited to life near the water.
